QuickTime Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble viewing our movies, you may not have the latest version of the QuickTime Player, or you web browser may not be equipped to play QuickTime movies.

The most current version of the QuickTime Player software can be obtained here at Apple's official QuickTime site. If you already have QuickTime 3 or higher installed, you can also use QuickTime's update program, which can be found in the QuickTime folder on your hard drive.

When you install QuickTime, a plug-in should be added to your browser. You can test the plug-in by going to Apple's QuickTime Installation Check. Note that if you are using Internet Explorer under a Windows operating system, you should also be prompted to install an Active X plug-in. You will need to install this software in order to view QuickTime movies in your browser.
