Shopping Districts

• Hanover: Downtown Hanover extends for two blocks and consists of a variety of specialty shops worth checking out. There is also a Gap and a Talbots.
• West Lebanon: Most shopping in the area is here. Stores include Kmart, Wal-Mart, Ames, Staples, Borders, TJMax, JCPenny, Sears, Pier 1, EMS, Golf and Ski Warehouse.
• Other NH: Manchester (1 hr), Nashua, Salem (1.5 hrs) all have real malls.
• Vermont: Burlington (1.5 hrs)
• Massachusetts: Boston (2 hrs) and surrounding areas are your best bet for any serious shopping.
• Canada: Montreal is about 3.5 hours away.
• Nearby Outlet stores: Tilton, NH (1 hr 15 min), North Conway, NH (2 hrs), Kittery, ME (2 hrs), Freeport ME (3 hrs), Manchester, VT (2 hrs). Each of these locations has a variety of stores including J.Crew, Ralph Lauren, L.L. Bean, Laura Ashley, Patagonia, and Banana Republic outlets.
