Supervision
Residents have two to three hours of individual psychotherapy supervision weekly as well as family and group therapy supervision as needed.
Each core sub rotation (consultation, pediatric neurology) provides rotation-specific supervision by Medical School faculty. While at non-medical center sites, residents have at least one hour of clinical supervision per week provided by a faculty attending physician. Family and group co-therapists provide family and group supervision.
During both training years, residents receive administrative supervision from the director of the training program. The program also encourages ad hoc supervision that is available from the large and diverse faculty of the child and adult residency training program.
