Application Procedures
Application materials are available by mail or may be downloaded here. This page contains links to specific residency programs as well as to application forms and to general information about Graduate Medical Education and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
In addition to the completed application with medical school transcript, references and dean's letter, applicants should also submit a statement from their adult psychiatry training director attesting to completion of adult training requirements or specifying any unmet requirements. International graduates should also document current visa or citizen status, any anticipated changes in visa status and ECFMG certification. Selected applicants will be invited for a personal interview, which is a requirement for admission to the residency.
