Model Fidelity Rating Scales
Supported Employment Fidelity Scale (pdf)
The IPS Fidelity Scale is a tool to assess the adequacy of implementation of an evidence-based method of supported employment. The scale can be helpful in clarifying implementation issues and identifying critical program ingredients. To complete the scale, objective information is collected from clinical records, agency documents, and interviews with consumers, practitioners, supervisors, and administrators. The suggested questions can assist the rater in obtaining information when interviewing people.
