Family Resources Interview (pdf)
The Family Resources Interview has been used in two PRC studies to measure family time and expenditures on behalf of people with severe mental illness. It is particularly useful for cost-effectiveness analyses.
Please note that this is not a "family burden" measure. Burden measures typically include both subjective and objective components. This measure focuses only on the objective support that family members or friends give to someone with mental illness. For further information about the interview, contact Robin Clark at the PRC.
