Selected Works

Carl Dennis is the author of eight books of poetry, including, most recently, Practical Gods, which won the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry in 2002. A recipient of fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts, in 2000 he was awarded the Ruth Lilly Prize from Poetry Magazine and the Modern Poetry Association for his contribution to American poetry. He lives in Buffalo and is currently the Artist-in-Residence at the University of Buffalo.

Cynthia Huntington is the author of The Fish-Wife, We Have Gone to the Beach, and The Salt House (prose). She is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Massachusetts Artists Council, and The New Hampshire State Council on the Arts. Huntington is Professor of English and Director of the Program in Creative Writing at Dartmouth College.
