The Lifelines staff would like to thank you for visiting our website. We are committed to promoting humanities in medicine and striving for literary excellence.

In the fall of 2003, we launched Lifelines in hard-copy and distributed it to those interested readers, especially patients in area hospitals and clinics, free of charge. Though our journals are accessible on-line, we would still like to have Lifelines in hardcopy, as something a patient or visitor can pick up in the waiting area or a medical student or nurse can peruse during their downtime. We are now on our third edition, and in order to continue to fulfill our mission of distributing hardcopies free of charge, we need your help.

We appreciate donations in any amount and your name will

be listed in a new acknowledgement section of this website. Donors who contribute more than $100 will be listed in the next issue of the published journal, as well as receive a lifetime subscription to Lifelines.

The majority of staff at Lifelines work on a volunteer basis, to ensure that 100% of your donations will be used towards the printing of the hard copy of Lifelines.
