  • Professional Interests:

    Dr. Drake works actively as a clinician in community mental health centers and has been developing and evaluating innovative community programs for persons with severe mental disorders. He is well known for his work in co-occurring substance use disorder and severe mental illness. Some of his recent work has focused on vocational rehabilitation. His over 200 publications cover diverse aspects of adjustment and quality of life among persons with severe mental disorders and those in their support systems.
