Professional Interests:
Dr. Oxman’s interests are in preparing primary care providers and psychiatrists to manage psychiatric and psychosocial problems of geriatric patients. He has clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of dementing and depressive disorders in elderly patients. His research interests include the identification and implementation of evidence-based, systematic biopsychosocial interventions which are effective at maintaining and improving emotional and physical function in the medically ill.
