Tuition Fee: MDs: $150. Nurses + Ph.Ds: $125. Trainees: $100. This fee includes:

Please register early to avoid disappointment. Enrollment is capped at 40 participants. Upon receipt of registration form and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form.

Computers
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop computer with wireless internet capability.
