Polewards Microtubule Flux in Human U2OS Cells

A fluorescent mark on spindle microtubules was created using laser photoactivation of GFP-tubulin. In control cells, the mark moves polewards due to flux. In cells deficient in MCAK and Kif2a, the mark doesn't move indicating that flux is inhibited.
