Coaches Corner
Facilitating, coaching, encouraging, and leading health care improvement can take many forms. The person who assumes this role can be called a coach, facilitator, helper, consultant, or leader to name a few titles. We are committed to supporting those who assume this very important role in health care improvement and welcome coach insights, lessons learned, publications, and tips. Our experience in the field is showing a coach can impact the ability of busy clinical microsystems to achieve strategic goals at the micro, meso and macrosystem levels of an organization. Colleagues across the United States and around the world are engaging in reflective review and understanding of what this role really means.
Our hope through this virtual space is to provide a collection of tools, tips and insights to support this important role. We will also provide important events and dates specific to coaches.
Please forward any insights you would wish to share to Marjorie Godfrey. The format is up to you. Please include your name, organization and contact information.
