Introduction
Laura Hibbs is Innovation and Improvement lead for NHS Yorkshire and the Humber in the UK. Laura has worked in the NHS for 30 years both as a nurse and as an improvement leader working at a regional level.
Her interests are in supporting frontline teams in leading and owning their quality improvement work, in supporting the development of innovative, self-improving health communities and in leading large-scale change.
