Introduction
Anette Nilsson works as a project manager at Qulturum, Jönköping especially with team and leadership based on the Microsystem theories. Joakim Edvinsson works as a project manager at Qulturum, Jönköping. He works with coaching teams based on the Microsystem theories. Joakim is a RN and doing master studies in nursing. He is a national project leader for a national quality registry (Senior alert) for preventing pressure sores, falls and malnutrition amongst the elderly. He is leading a improvement coach training program. He teaches teachers in the health care universities in the region about microsystems and improvement work. He is an engaged lecturer both nationally and internationally.
