Introduction

Lusine Danielyan is Innovation and Improvement lead for Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU) Clinics. Lusine has worked in YSMU for 12 years both for University Clinics management and 3 years as an improvement leader working at University clinical departments.

MD PHD in Public Health. Her interests are in supporting frontline teams in leading and working on guidelines for quality improvement work, patient safety and in leading large-scale change.

Marine Grigoryan is Head of children Toxicology Clinic, and chairman of "Swedish support" medical association" NGO. Her interests are in working on Health care competence development and health educational projects, and also health care improvement in way of Clinical Microsystems.
