Masters Program in ECS

The core graduate program for CECS is the Master of Science in the Evaluative Clinical Sciences. Under the direction of Gerry O'Connor, Ph.D., this one-year program includes three terms of study that prepare graduates for significant roles in the evolution and rationalization of the US health care system. This rigorous program includes core courses in epidemiology and biostatistics, health policy, health behavior and continual improvement of health care. Elective courses, directed readings and individual research projects provide an opportunity for the graduate student to concentrate on a specific area of personal interest. Other features include:
