Application Procedures, Timeline and Tuition Information

Application Procedures:

Prospective campers may apply online. AHEC Staff will review applications, and notify prospective campers of acceptance. Accepted applicants will be directed to complete and mail a set of secondary materials, and must include a $50 deposit. If you are accepted, you will be asked to submit additional materials and the remaining tuition.

Application Timeline:

Applications due: March 27, 2009
Recommendations due: April 30, 2009
Secondary materials (including deposit) due: May 1, 2009
Balance of tuition due: June 12, 2009

Tuition:

Given the current economy, we are keeping tuition rates for this camp at last year's level. Rates are as follows:

New Hampshire residents and other students attending New Hampshire high schools: $300. Scholarships are available for New Hampshire residents.
Vermont and Maine residents: $500
All others: $1,500

Please note that deposits will be returned if an applicant withdraws before June 12. After that date, applicants who withdraw will be refunded 50% of tuition paid.
