DMS Alumni Reflections
Appreciative Inquiry is a strategy of collecting accounts, stories, memories to promote the positive aspects of the learning and training environment of a community. This strategy asks the questions "What works?" and "Let's do more of it," rather than the more common approach of asking "What is broken? How do we fix it?" Hence, the sharing of the many great stories that our alumni can surely relate can provide a very worthwhile resource and source of motivation to current and future generations of DMS students.
