New News! September, 2008 Leslie Henderson has been appointed DMS's Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs effective September 1. Nancy Speck and her lab group will move at the end of the month to Philadelphia, where she has accepted a position at the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute and the University of Pennsylvania. She was honored for her many contributions to the department at a faculty dinner on August 8. Renovations to the Vail 4 labs and faculty offices are on track to be completed by early September, with the Madden, Higgs, Lienhard, and Myers research groups scheduled to move into their new spaces at the end of the month. |
