25. This is a very low power view of a neurovascular bundle stained with H&E. A muscular artery, accompanying large vein (collapsed in this preparation) and nerve can all be seen. Realize that while the walls of these vessels are of comparable thickness, the wall of the artery is dominated by its muscular tunica media, while the greater portion of the venous wall is comprised of its tunica adventitia.
