General Application Instructions

You can send the application forms electronically by filling them out on line, saving it as a file on your computer, and then emailing the file to us. You can use either the application form in Microsoft Word of Adobe Acrobat. Here are the step by step instructions:

1. Fill out the application on line in the text boxes provided in the form.
2. Click on the "File" button in the upper left of screen.
3. Click on "Save As"
4. Save the file to your desktop either filename.pdf or filename.word
5. Use your email program to send the file (adobe or word) as a attachment to: FogartyTZ@dartmouth.edu
