2006-07 Wellness Cooking Groups

The 2006-07 Wellness Committee developed cooking groups for those students who are interested in learning how to cook foods from a variety of cultures and able to share their own recipes.

On Thursday, November 30, 2006 a group of 8 students held their first Cooking group at the home of one of our first year students. Lots of fun and good food was had by all. The dishes that were made that evening were an Artichoke Spinach Dip & Penne in a Mint Cream Sauce.

On Friday, January 26, 2007 students gathered for their second Cooking group at the home of one of our first year students. The dishes that were made that evening were a Roasted Red Pepper, Feta, and Mustard Greens Baguette and a Lentil Soup.

The Wellness committee did their final cooking group for this academic year. Again, Lots of fun and good food for all. The dishes created that night were:
