Certificate of Enrollment/Certificate of Graduation

Many times throughout the year, students will need a letter which states that they are full-time matriculated medical students enrolled at Dartmouth Medical School. There is no fee for this letter. To request the letter, simply email us, or stop by the office and fill out a request form. So that we have a record of the request on file, we do not accept phone requests.

The Registrar's Office also provides certificate of graduation forms for graduates which states the degree and year of graduation. When requesting these letters, please make sure to include an address to where you would like it sent . These requests should be forwarded to the Dartmouth Medical School Registrar's Office at the address listed below:
